I agree that by submitting this RSVP and attending the girltalk. event(s) (the “Event(s)”), that: (a) Coleman Creative Agency, INC., its parents, affiliates, and subsidiaries and each of their owners, directors, officers, managers, members, employees, agents, and licensees (collectively, “girltalk.”) and any authorized Event sponsors are permitted to photograph, video, and sound record me and utilize my voice, image and likeness, in whole or in part, in any media whatsoever, including in commercial advertising materials promoting girltalk., the Event, and any authorized Event sponsors; (b) I will not use content that I capture at event (including but not limited to photos, video and/or audio) (collectively, the “Captured Content”) for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of girltalk. and/or the applicable authorized Event sponsor; and (c) I will follow the instructions of girltalk. and Event staff and any authorized Event sponsors, and only access the permitted area(s) at the Event(s). I understand this invitation/ticket is personal, non-transferable and is revocable up to and during the Event, at the sole discretion of girltalk., and/or Event staff.

I hereby release girltalk and all authorized Event sponsors from any and all claims, actions, suits, costs, expenses and other liability, including, but not limited to, liability related to: (a) the use of said photographs, videotapes and/or sound recordings as agreed herein, including, without limitation, any claims based on libel, the right of publicity, the right of privacy or the commercial appropriation or use of name or likeness; (b) personal injuries or death, and any damage to persons and property, which may be sustained or incurred, directly or indirectly, as a result of invite or other access to the Event, or while traveling to, preparing for, attending and/or participating in the Event and/or any related hospitality activity; and (c) any losses incurred (including, but not limited to, travel expenses to and from the Event) as a result of a change in the Event date, time, location, or cancelation of the Event, whether or not such change in the Event is caused by force majeure or the acts of third parties.
