Terms and Conditions Agreement
By applying to become a member of GirlTalk, I, the undersigned, hereby acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions.
Acceptance of Terms and GuidelinesBy submitting this application, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to comply with all terms, conditions, and guidelines set forth by GirlTalk, which may be updated or modified from time to time. I further acknowledge that I am responsible for reviewing these terms regularly to remain compliant.
Use of LikenessI grant GirlTalk, its affiliates, partners, and licensees the unrestricted right to use my likeness, image, voice, and/or video footage in connection with promotional, marketing, and other business activities, including but not limited to, social media campaigns, advertisements, and brand collaborations. This consent includes the right to edit, modify, and distribute such content for an indefinite period and without compensation, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Brand Campaign AgreementsI understand that by participating in brand campaigns or related promotional activities through GirlTalk, I agree to the specific terms and conditions of each individual campaign, including any contractual obligations, deliverables, deadlines, compensation, and other stipulations outlined by the relevant brand(s). I further agree to fulfill all requirements outlined in such campaigns to the best of my ability.
IndemnificationI agree to indemnify and hold harmless GirlTalk and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from my participation in the membership program, use of my likeness, or participation in any brand campaigns, including but not limited to, claims related to intellectual property, defamation, or privacy.
Revocation of MembershipGirlTalk reserves the right to revoke my membership at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice. In such cases, all rights granted to me under these terms shall be null and void.
Governing Law and Dispute ResolutionThese terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of [Insert applicable jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of [Insert relevant arbitration body], and the venue for any arbitration shall be [Insert location].
